PAYMENT TERMS

THE RENTAL FEE AND DELIVERY FEE (IF APPLICABLE) IS TO BE PAID IN FULL ON OR BEFORE DELIVERY. ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE THE INFLATABLE / HIRE ITEM WILL BE SET UP. Our team do not have time to wait for you to go to the bank or complete a bank transfer, please ensure this is ready BEFORE our teams arrival. Payment can be accepted via CASH or CREDIT CARD. Bank transferes (if approved in advance) need to be cleared in the bank account PRIOR to the hire date.

 

SET UP / PACK DOWN

Our team do not have time to wait for you to go to the bank or complete a bank transfer, please ensure this is ready BEFORE our teams arrival. Payment can be accepted via CASH or CREDIT CARD. Bank transferes (if approved in advance) need to be cleared in the bank account PRIOR to the hire date. Delivery to the street address specified in hire details by the hirer (customer). The hirer grants the staff of Izzy’s Castles ‘N’ More the right to enter the property at the specified address for the delivery and the collection of the inflatable at the agreed times.

Under no circumstance is the customer to move the castle / inflatable once set up by our staff. This is not only for the safety of those using the inflatable but also for the purpose of insurance. Insurance will be void if the castle is moved once set up by our staff.  Please also ensure crash mats are not moved or altered.

 

BAD WEATHER / CANCELLATIONS

During periods of bad weather conditions, (i.e. rain or high winds), we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. If conditions are not too severe, you will be given the option to either move forward with your booking or to cancel the hire. If you decide to keep the reservation for the term of this rental agreement, there will be no refunds!

If before delivery of the inflatable you wish to cancel the reservation there will be no charge as long as minimum 24 hour’s notice is supplied. Notification of cancellation is to be made via phone call. Text message, email or instant messenger cancellations will not be accepted.

If you have decided to keep your booking and there is extreme weather conditions, such as high winds (25km or above) or persistent rain, please evacuate the inflatable. Once evacuated switch off at the mains and call us for further instruction or to organize an early collection. To avoid damage to our blowers please bring into an undercover area, if possible please place mats undercover also.

If an operator deems weather is not suitable throughout an event at any stage, the operator may cease operation completely or until conditions improve.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS / RULES OF HIRE

It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring this inflatable / hire item/s to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury to any person/s and / or damage to the inflatable / hire item/s.  Please ensure that the following Safety Instructions are followed.

** The inflatables have age limits. Please ensure no-one over the advised age uses the equipment. No adults are to use the jumping castle, unless specified otherwise. If the inflatable has a slide, only one child at a time is to go down the slide feet first.

** No food, drink, chewing gum or and other sticky substance to be allowed on or near the jumping ($50 cleaning fee may apply).

** No pets, toys or sharp instruments permitted on the castle at any time.

** All shoes, glasses, jewellery, badges MUST be removed before using the jumping castle.

**No face paints, party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string to be used either on or near the jumping castle.

** No smoking, fires or BBQ’s near the jumping castle.

** No hosing or wetting the castle down with water – these castles are dry weather hire only.

** Climbing, hanging or sitting on the walls of the jumping castle is DANGEROUS and is not allowed.

** A responsible adult must supervise the jumping castle at all times.

** Always ensure that the jumping castle is not overcrowded. Limit the numbers according to the age and size of the children using it. Try to avoid large and small children from using it at the same time.

** Ensure children are not pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in a manner likely to cause injury or damage to the jumping castle.

** Please ensure that children are not attempting somersaults, flips or any other activities that may cause injury.

** Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step. This is only used to get onto or off the castle.

** Ensure that no-one with a history of back or neck problems is allowed on the jumping castle.

** The inflatable is not to be unattached or moved from its original point of set up and the supervisor is to check regularly that the anchors are secure.

** Safety mats are not to be moved or altered.

** Do not allow any-one on the jumping castle during inflation or deflation.

These guidelines are for the safety of all people using the equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are fully adhered to at all times.

Our company cannot accept any responsibility for any injuries caused to anyone using this equipment.

We do not accept any responsibility for any damages made to and grass or any underground pipes when erecting the castle.
